Since college I have accumulated over 10 years of experience in both Sports Performance Training and Personal Training both at major fitness clubs and my own health club, ZS Fitness, which I started in 2010.
My passion for fitness comes from helping others gain the knowledge and experience necessary to achieve their goals. Helping others conquer health and wellness is a gift that I willingly pass on to others in the hopes to have a hand in changing their lives one step at a time. Strength Works CrossFit provides an awesome atmosphere with diverse multifaceted trainers from different walks of life that can provide a wide variety of training methods and experience.

OUR FACILITY
Strength Works CrossFit is located in the center of downtown Long Valley, New Jersey just next to Dunkin Donuts in the new Long Valley Shopping Center. We are just minutes from Rt. 206 and Rt. 46 with ample parking and a facility that is over 3,200 indoor square feet and 2,000 outdoor square feet.
Strength Works CrossFit is the ideal location and layout for a premier CrossFit gym. Open since October 2014 and working in conjunction with ZS Fitness next door, the facility has custom luxury men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, along with central air conditioning, heating, and outfitted completely in Rogue Fitness equipment.
