CrossFit Games 2018 Open Season… Select Strength Works CrossFit (Official Affiliate)

  • Mark your calendar for February 22 – March 26 [Add to Google Calendar].
    • 18.1: February 22 – 26
    • 18.2: March 1 – 5
    • 18.3: March 8 – 12
    • 18.4: March 15 – 19
    • 18.5: March 22 – 26

 

  • The Open will begin on Thursday, February 22, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. At that point, we will announce the first Open workout on the CrossFit Games website, and you will have until 5 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday to submit your score online.

    You can do the workout at a participating CrossFit affiliate or film your workout anywhere else. In both cases, it is your responsibility to submit your score to the CrossFit Games website. It’s a good idea to submit early.

    The week’s workout comes in two versions: Rx’d and Scaled. The scaled workout is designed to be more accessible. Each week, you can choose the version of the workout that’s right for you. Get a sense of what may come by checking out last year’s Open workouts.
